Watching the pace at which AYM Live has begun this year, I am even more convinced that Spirit is moving us ever faster through our transformation.

So, I thought it would be useful to give you a summary of helpful things you can do when it feels like a lot of energy is shifting and its all a bit over-whelming!!! Do share if you use other strategies that work for you!!

You can see my top seven strategies in my latest FB live here: https://www.facebook.com/likeEstelle/

Seven quick ways to bounce back from stress and over-whelm:

1. Bhakti yoga and shaking – shake the stuck energy out and ask your inner child what noise she / he needs to make to help you release the stuck fear / pain / stagnant energy. If you need to scream / growl / grunt / shout without neighbours hearing, you can put a cushion / pillow over your mouth make sure you can still breathe through your nose!!!

2. To calm down quickly: Tahiti pose and focus on your breath – very rapidly de-adrenalising – put a chair near you, lie down on your back with your arms spread out either side of you and pop your legs up on to the chair so that the back of your calves are supported by it – lower legs and feet are parallel with the floor – pictures on google if you are not sure!!

3. Havening – billed as the new EFT: detraumatising and a beautiful way of re-programming our bodies and minds to feel safe- look at videos on YouTube. I also talk about Havening in my FB live video from this wednesday in my FB community for sensitive people – the link to that group is here and the video is at the top of the page:

4. Cradling and comforting your inner child – Dr Hew Len does a lovely YouTube video on this – you don’t need to do the Ho’oponopono prayer part – just connecting with and speaking to your inner child is really helpful – some of you may struggle at first, if you do, I recommend that you keep practicing – it will help reconnect your mental, emotional and physical bodies.  Again, I describe how in my latest video in the Let’s Activate Your Magic FB group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/Sensitivehearts/

5. Magnesium – do your own research into this as I am not a qualified nutritionist or naturopath. However, Magnesium is used in all of the 1000 or so metabolic pathways that the body uses to cope with stress and threfore, sensitive people can generally do with a top up – Magnesium glycinate is more readily absorbed by the body than magnesium citrate.

6. Essential oils – great for aligning your emotional and mental state with soothing nature energies and for tuning yourself to calming / healing states of consciousness.  Also Bach flower essences – eg Rescue Remedy.

7. Vitamin C – very powerfully de-adrenalising!

Stay calm and connected – then go out and Live Your Magic!!!
